8 Things I bet you didn't know:
1. I have a weakness for brownies. Homemade ones especially but I even still find myself grabbing a cosmic brownie (the Little Debbie ones with the brightly colored chocolate chips) from time to time in the grocery store line.
2. I keep my private life pretty private, I don't often post things on facebook that are super personal, but sometimes I just have to shout from the rooftops that I love my Soldier with more of my heart that I ever knew was possible.
3. I have wanted to be a teacher since I was a very little girl and my friends mother gave us her left over grade books at the end of the school year.
4. I grew up in New York State... no, not New York City. In fact I live almost 6 hours from Manhattan and lived in a town where there truly were more cows than people.
5. My dog is cooler than your dog.
6. I've never seen anything more beautiful than the snow covered Rocky Mountains in the morning as the sun is rising and they turn a cheerful shade of pink.
7. My most perfect Friday night involves quiet conversation, laughter and a glass (or two) of wine with people I love.
8. I never knew it until recently, but I really hope to one day be able to stay home with my one-day children at least when they're small.
